Or feel free to print a lab script & mailing label from our website and send your case right away. If you need supplies, please go to our request supplies page and we’ll overnight you a package that contains everything you need to get started.
SHIPPING POLICY
HDL will provide all shipping supplies, including boxes and lab slips upon request. If additional materials are needed, please call or indicate on your lab slip and all materials will be provided to you on your next delivery.
To ensure that your models arrive intact, we recommend wrapping each model individually or placing them back-to-back. If sending alginate impressions, please wrap in moist napkins and seal in a plastic bag.
HDL adheres to strict OSHA standards and Infection Control procedures. All cases entering the lab will be disinfected to ensure the safety of our technicians. We encourage you to properly secure the contents of your shipment to ensure the safety of our employees.
CHECK MODELS
In order to ensure accurate fit and fabrication, please check all models before sending. Make sure that the anatomy is well sculpted and in good condition to ensure proper fit and function. If sending an impression, please be sure to check for distortions or voids. This will reduce the chances of needing to retake the impression. The lab will fabricate the prosthetic to fit the model precisely.
